Nominations have opened for Wigan Borough’s 2018 Believe Sports Awards.

The prestigious annual event is a chance to shine a spotlight on those volunteers, coaches and clubs passionate about local sport, as well as celebrating the achievements of local athletes – all wrapped up in a special ceremony organised by Inspiring healthy lifestyles on behalf of Wigan Council.

This year’s ceremony will take place at the DW Stadium on Friday 12th October, and nominations can be made by filling in the online form at inspiringhealthylifestyles.org/believesportsawards

Nominations can be made in the following categories:

Nominations should reflect achievements between September 2017 and the closing date of 27th July 2018.
