We are currently recruiting for two roles:

  1. Programme and Information Administrator

To join our highly successful Information and Advice team, which supported people over 50 to claim over £2.8 million in benefits last year.  We are looking for someone lead on a new programme, with proven experience of working with database systems to provide reports.  The role also includes doing benefits checks and developing knowledge about advice work and for this training will be given. Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone are also needed.

Salary: £23,088 per annum, 37 hours a week (Monday to Friday)

  1. Home Helpers

We are looking for people who are caring, compassionate and reliable to join our Support at Home team, helping older people remain active, independent and linked into their local community.  The role involves visiting customers in their home and performing a wide range of tasks including household cleaning, laundry, ironing, running errands, including shopping or a wellbeing visit. 

The role requires a full driving license. 

The service operates between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday with no bank holiday, evening or weekend work.

Salary: £11.50 per hour.  Hours 16-25 per week, to suit.
