Funding is available to support activities for young people aged 12-18 years, particularly those that are in hard to reach groups, that directly result in more and higher quality careers, enterprise and employer engagement activity across England.
The Careers & Enterprise Company, with additional funding from the from the Education Endowment Foundation and the Bank of America Foundation, funds activities that directly result in more evidence-backed and high-quality careers, enterprise and employer engagement activity, as a priority where current provision is poorest.

Through this funding the foundation aim to support young people to:
- Overcome the barriers that they face
- Experience multiple encounters with employers
- Make informed decisions about their education and future
