April 6 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
This is the first in a series of workshops aimed at introducing the ideas behind Systems Leadership, and give practical approaches to help you when you’re dealing with complex situations when working with others.
Systems Leadership is designed to help you lead when you’re not in charge, or when you don’t have positional power, levers to pull, or a large budget to wield. It can help you get your messages across and influence other people, especially when you’re working in hierarchies or political environments, trying to bring traditional silos together, or working across professional or other boundaries.
It can help you tip the scales in your favour, find allies and get yourself room for manoeuvre. In turn, this will help you do real work on the things that matter to you, and make real progress towards the changes you’re aiming for.
This will be a practical and interactive session, with tools and techniques you can use straight away, and plenty of time for questions and discussion.
This session will be delivered by Debbie Sorkin, National Director of Systems Leadership at The Leadership Centre.
