Adult cycling sessions
Join our qualified cycle instructor for a 90minute session to learn the basics of cycling or take part in our weekly group ride up to 8 miles.
Time: 10:30am-12 noon Wednesday 17th November
*Bikes and helmets are available to borrow free of charge
Walking Football taster session*
Walking Football is a slower paced version of ‘the beautiful game’ which has encouraged thousands of men and women up and down the country to rediscover the joys of playing football again.
