Do you have a diagnosis of young-onset dementia? Do you care for someone who lives with young-onset dementia?
If you live in the North West Coast of England, come along and help shape support provided to people living with young-onset dementia and their families after a diagnosis!
We want to gather ideas on how support after a diagnosis can be improved. Your ideas will help to make changes to support services provided in the Wigan area.
You will also find out about recent developments in the field of young-onset dementia and services on offer in the region.
The event is free, and refreshments and a light lunch will be provided.
This event is jointly hosted by the University of Liverpool, the NIHR CLAHRC NWC, Wigan Council, the Alzheimer’s Society NW, and North West Boroughs NHS FT.
