The Juice Academy are an Ofsted Outstanding apprenticeship training provider, delivering the Fundraiser Level 3 apprenticeship. After delivering their flagship social media apprenticeship for over a decade, they identified a gap for the fundraising apprenticeship, especially as the charity sector often struggles to attract and retain fundraising staff. Charities going down this route know they secure their apprentice for a minimum of 15 months, and providing the apprentice receives a good working experience, apprentices are very loyal and remain with the organisation on completion of their apprenticeship (85% of Juice graduates currently stay with the same company).

Young people passionate about the Third Sector and making a difference will be recruited for the apprenticeship – The Juice Academy provide charities with digitally savvy, creative and enthusiastic people to support their fundraising!

The programme covers building a case for support, code of practise and ethical fundraising, communication and networking skills, sales and storytelling, they dive into all income streams, apprentices look at fundraising strategies and plans and much more.

Hiring apprentices have huge benefits to organisations, including finding highly motived, passionate and ambitious people, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to teams

as well as new skills back to the business . They often boost team productivity and morale, increase retention and diversity and ultimately they’re cost effective. There is government funding for SMEs or levy payers fund the training from their levy.

The fundraiser level 3 apprenticeship can also be used to upskill current staff, increasing job satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
