Want to get a job but don’t know where to start?
Do you want extra support in finding employment, education and training?
If you are 18-25, live in the Wigan and Leigh area, are not claiming benefits, and have been out of employment, training or education for 4 or more months, Hidden Talent can help you!
About Hidden Talent: Greater Manchester’s Hidden Talent is a voluntary youth employment programme co-funded by The National Lottery Community Fund and Greater Manchester Combined Authority. The aim of the programme is to help hidden young people progress towards employment and improve their self-esteem and wellbeing.
We provide whatever support you need, for as long as you need it, to help you overcome barriers to finding work. We work closely with employers to improve the accessibility of opportunities, moving our young people towards sustainable employment.
Additional Extras: All young people who register on Greater Manchester’s Hidden Talent receive a wellbeing assessment. Who will also have exclusive access to a mental health practitioner, this allows young people to access mental health support far quicker than they would otherwise.
Our vision is that Greater Manchester will be a place where all young people are valued and supported to realise their employment potential and enjoy fulfilling lives.
