- Advice and Advocacy Worker (Cheshire West)
Postholder will deliver one to one case work interventions; offer supporting to individuals
and families to identify strengths and assets which help to resolve immediate and crisis
situations and more enduring issues; make links with and refer to appropriate partner
agencies; promoting a multiagency approach.
Hours: Full Time 35 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term 1 year initially Salary: 23175 per annum - Community Health Link Worker (Cheshire East)
Postholder will provide a link for Gypsy, Irish Traveller and other Traveller communities to engage
with health providers, sharing information and supporting improved communication. The aim is to
improve the health and wellbeing of communities through improved relationships with health
delivery partners in Cheshire East.
Hours: Part time 10 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term 1 year initially Salary: 23175 per annum pro rata part time 10 hours
The posts are ideally suited to candidates living in or near to this area as daily travel in
Cheshire will be required.
