Partnership Manager – Youth Enterprise Hub
(Initial 2 year fixed term contact)
Salary Range: £30k – £35k per annum
Leigh Sports Village is a pioneering multi-sector development and is now one of the finest sporting hubs in the North West. The Sports Village provides state of the art facilities for sport, education, wellbeing, leisure and culture and serves the local community and the region as a whole.
This year will see the opening of a brand new purpose built facility for young people and adults within the local community. This will offer exciting opportunities for sport, health and wellbeing, entrepreneurship, creative and social activities.
We are looking for a strategic, collaborative individual with strong organisational skills, to support the implementation, changing needs and growth of the Hub.
You must be passionate about enhancing the lives of young people and their families.
This is a dynamic, varied role which will provide oversight and direction to ensure that teams, workspaces and infrastructure work together to create a supportive environment for all stakeholders.
You will be driven, require a combination of hands-on practicality and strategic vision and required to support LSV and Council strategies in relation to events and volunteering opportunities.
You will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and be flexible in your approach to meet the demands of the service. A proven ability to manage and monitor budgets and deliver key projects and programmes.
