Job Vacancy with GMCVO: Project Assistant and BASE Network Support Administrator

GMCVO are recruiting for a Project Assistant to help us to deliver some of our projects.

You will primarily work with our Policy & Research Team to help organise and support a range of different events and meetings – both online and in person. You will be a lead point of contact for the meetings, manage records and it is important that you have note taking skills. There will also be some general administrative duties.

GMCVO works to drive economic and social inclusion in Greater Manchester. We do this in a number of ways, including investing in social enterprise, supporting equalities networks to represent our diverse communities, supporting communities to own more assets and enabling those furthest from employment into work. 

Working hours: 21-35 hours per week (to be negotiated with applicant based on their availability).
Salary: Starting £22,571 pro rata plus 7% pension contribution.

Vacancy: BASE Network Support Administrator

We are looking for an administrator to support the development and delivery of BASE: The Greater Manchester Black Asian & Minority Ethnic (BAME*) Social Entrepreneurs Network.

Duties will include organising and attending meetings and events, organising diaries, minute taking, and communicating with potential and existing members to make them aware of BASE, social enterprise support and social investment.

Working hours: 17.5 hours per week (0.5 FTE).
Salary: Starting £20,043 pro rata plus 7% pension contribution.
