This is an opportunity to anyone you know who is currently out of work for whatever reason or who may be on a zero hours contract. Its a 6 session mindfulness course to support well-being and help any stresses people may have whilst giving them support to move back into work or if develop a new idea and become self-employed

The 6-session “Mindfulness to Move Closer to the Workplace” will support
you to gain self-help skills if you are either unemployed, out of work or under
employed and wish to move into the working environment; either as employed
or self-employed.


The personal development programme will help you to realise and manage
any triggers or stresses you may have and develop an understanding of
yourself, gaining coping strategies to better manage your mental health.
