News/Updates:New grants strategy for 2024.

This year, the Trust is looking for projects focusing on vulnerable young women and girls across the UK who have been in the criminal justice system or who are at a high risk of entering it.

The aim of the funding will be to either reduce the number of young women or girls who reoffend, or reduce the number of those who receive a first conviction.
Who can apply?Community and voluntary organisations who can demonstrate a track record of working with young people caught in the criminal justice system or vulnerable hard to engage young people on the edge of the criminal justice system.

In 2024 our focus is projects that work with young women and girls and our first funding opportunity will only be open to organisations led by and for women and girls.
Grant amount:Grants of between £10,000 and £80,000 for a duration of 12 months to two years.
The amount of funding requested must be proportional to the project being undertaken

A maximum of £40,000 per year can be requested

Deadline:
Our 2024 funding opportunity is for organisations working with young women and girls and will open in April 2024.

Only organisations led by and for women and girls are eligible to apply.
