The Veterans’ Places, Pathways & People (VPPP) Programme

The Veterans’ Places, Pathways & People (VPPP) Programme launched 10 portfolios of projects across the UK over the last two years. Armed Forces Community HQ is the Portfolio Lead for the North West, and has developed the Forces Wellbeing Collective; an initial collaboration to level up provision by developing safer places, effective referral pathways and upskilling people supporting our community.

At the end of last year, additional funding was announced to continue the delivery of VPPP over the next three years and the team are now conducting a comprehensive consultation to understand what opportunities to focus on.

The mission is to further improve pathways, networks and collaboration that will embed and sustain beyond the life of the programme to ensure that veterans, their families and carers can access effective support when they need to and move easily between services.

We would really appreciate it if yourselves and any organisations you are working with would complete the following survey.  It is really important that we capture the information so that we can provide the best service to our armed forces community
