|EQUALITY AND HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION (EHRC): INQUIRY INTO CHALLENGING DECISIONS ABOUT ADULT SOCIAL CARE|
EHRC want to understand people’s experiences of challenging, or trying to challenge, local council decisions about adult social care or support.
|CABINET OFFICE CONSULTATION: NATIONAL RESILIENCE STRATEGY – CALL FOR EVIDENCE|
The Cabinet Office is seeking views from members of the public to inform the development of a new National Resilience Strategy.
The consultation seeks to understand current perceptions of risk and resilience, gather evidence on where improvements could be made, and gauge the UK’s appetite for change.
Closing date for consultation: 27th September 2021.
|GREATER MANCHESTER CLEAN AIR ZONE|
The 10 Local Authorities that make up the Greater Manchester Combined Authority have approved the Clean Air Zone, which will launch in May 2022.
This will help to bring harmful nitrogen dioxide (NO₂) within legal limits as soon as possible. Clean Air Greater Manchester are seeking further views via an online survey on two proposed inclusions to the final Clean Air Zone scheme.
|PLACES FOR EVERYONE CONSULTATION|
The Greater Manchester Combined Authority is asking residents of Greater Manchester to take part in an eight-week public consultation on a new joint development plan for homes and jobs.
The Places for Everyone plan, which has been produced using the evidence from the drafts of the Greater Manchester Spatial Framework, will determine what kind of development takes place across nine boroughs in Greater Manchester.
