HAVE YOU USED NHS 111 IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS? If you’ve called 111 or visited 111.nhs.uk within the last 3 months we’d love to hear from you about what happened. We want to know if it went well and you got what you needed or if you think we could have improved your experience in any way.

Sharing your experience will help the local NHS encourage residents to use the NHS 111 service and access the right care from the right place.

If you do have an experience to share you can do this by completing our quick form. Or if you’d prefer to speak to someone please get in touch with Rachel Richardson via [email protected] or 01942 482711

ARE YOU A PATIENT REGISTERED AT LILFORD PARK SURGERY OR PENNINGTON PARK SURGERY IN LEIGH?
The practices are currently doing engagement work with their registered patients on proposals to merge the two practices into one bigger practice. We’ve published information about what this means for patients with a link to complete an online survey to give your views. https://healthierwigan.nhs.uk/get-involved/open-consultations-and-projects/ Alternatively you can contact the practice and ask to speak to Michelle the Practice Manager.

ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONAL (AHPs) Listen – LISTENING EVENT

Have you used health and care services in the last few years? We particularly want to hear from you if you have been seen by an ‘Allied Health Professional’. These important roles include paramedics, dieticians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and many more. We are holding a national online conversation on behalf of NHS England and NHS Improvement, for citizens to tell us what they think about how Allied Health Professionals can support their health and care needs
We want to hear from as many members of the public as we can so that together we can co-create a new strategy for how Allied Health Professionals can support people, in line with the NHS Long Term Plan.

The conversation can be accessed by any device that can access the internet. It is available 24/7 while the conversation is open. All contributions are anonymous so people can share their ideas and views honestly and freely.
Visit AHPslisten.org to find out more; join in and tell us what you think. We promise to listen to everything you say. Your contributions will help shape the future of health and care
