FAQs FOR PEOPLE SHIELDING
NHS England have produced some FAQs for those patients identified as higher risk and told to follow shielding measures, which involves staying at home and avoiding face-to-face contact for a period of at least 12 weeks.

CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION IN BRITISH SIGN LANGUAGE
Wigan Council have produced a video in British Sign Language (BSL) explaining Coronavirus to members of the Deaf community.

STAY ACTIVE WHILST AT HOME
The NHS website has some helpful exercise guidance available. There are also some exercise videos of things like aerobics and pilates if you are looking for ways to stay active whist spending more time at home.
